Refund Policy

All sales are final and booth fees are non refundable. In the event of an emergency and a cancelation must be done, your booth fee may be transferred to a future show.

This is an online event, it will occur rain or shine.

Yes, this show is being hosted online which means anyone in the world can join and shop with us. While we are not requiring you to offer worldwide shipping, we do ask at the minimum to offer shipping anywhere in the US. If you would like to offer worldwide shipping you may use shippo or pirateship (or your selling platform) to come up with pricing.

Since this event is online there are not traditional "booth" spaces. With that said, your "booth" fee will depend on how many shows you attend. As of right now one event is $30 if you promote once a month or $40 for Creative By Sanchez to promote for you. If you commit to doing both of our September and October events there is a $10 discount for a total of $50 or $70. We will never message you over Facebook asking for a booth fee via paypal, venmo, cashapp, etc. All invoices are sent to the email on your application from our Square website.

You must have either an online store set up (square, shopify, etsy, etc) or have the ability to create and send invoices to customers (square, paypal, etc.) You will post your item photos in the Discord for shoppers to see and if they are interested you will direct them to your site to purchase or send them an invoice. If you go the route of invoicing, you must be active during the entire show.

No! We do ask that you leave your notifications on and monitor your "booth" / "channel" so that you can answer questions from shoppers, send your links, invoice, or anything else you may need but we do not expect you to be active the entire 9 hours unless you would like to. We do ask that you are available and ready to sell the first hour or so and the last couple of hours at the minimum. If you are sending invoices, we ask that you are active in your booth as customers do not have any other way to purchase from you.
